Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager / Commercial Manager to lead our growth strategy in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong market knowledge, established industry relationships, and a proven ability to drive revenue and market share growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales and expand market presence in the FMCG sector
  2. Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners
  4. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to align strategies and optimize operations
  5. Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract discussions with clients and partners
  6. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and opportunities
  7. Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and forecasts to senior management
  8. Achieve and exceed sales targets
  9. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  2. 5–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within the FMCG industry
  3. Strong network and market knowledge of FMCG channels (retail, wholesale, modern trade)
  4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  6. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
