Job Description

Pakson International Pvt Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sale Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus, identifying current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts and maintaining inventories.
  • Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities and studying trends.
  • Market merchandise by analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
  • Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
  • Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
