Job Title: Manager Accounts and Finance
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Qualification: At least CA Finalist (with only 1–2 papers left).
Experience: 5–6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2–3 years in a manufacturing firm as Manager Accounts & Finance.

Qualifications
  • At least CA Finalist (with only 1–2 papers left).
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in a manufacturing firm as Manager Accounts & Finance.
  • Strong expertise in Financial Management, Budgeting, Compliance, and Reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of team building.
  • Ability to establish, implement, and improve SOPs for efficient and effective managerial controls.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills to support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the Accounts & Finance function, ensuring compliance with financial policies and standards.
  • Manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure timely preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal controls for financial processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and improve financial efficiency.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
