Responsible for directing the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various administrative activities for an organization.

To observe the compliance of ISO-9001:2000 standards.

To look after the welfare of Employees, General Admin & Industrial Relations.

To liaise with and correspond with Government and non-Governmental agencies, i.e. Directorate of Labor, Boiler Inspection Wings, Wages Inspection, Health and Safety Measures department, PSQCA, SESSI, EOBI, Civil & Labor Courts, EPA, SITE Associations, and others CDGK Licensing matters.

Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards. Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.

Control & monitor the department's central filing system, including disciplines, coordinating data exchange, and keeping track of all correspondence, emails, letters, etc.

Compliance with Code of Conduct, Internal Control & Audit Activities.

Job Specification

Advises in applying sound recruitment and selection practices and appropriate induction, training, and development programs.

Formal and informal performance management system, appraise and improve individual and team performance.

Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.

To manage housekeeping, administration of canteen, and transportation.

Responsible for directing the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various administrative activities for an organization. Liaise with HODs to develop and implement company policies and strategy.

Responsible for managing various operations at a facility, working within general methods and procedures and exercising considerable independent judgment to select proper courses of action.
