Job Title: Lead Architect – Generative AI

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Architect to spearhead the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable AI-powered applications. You will design intelligent systems that integrate LLMs, advanced ML pipelines, and full-stack enterprise platforms deployed across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI, AI/ML Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud & Infrastructure, and Project Leadership. You will be responsible for architecting GenAI-powered solutions from concept to production, designing and optimizing LLMs, implementing advanced agentic AI, and guiding the integration of GenAI into scalable backend systems and user-facing applications.

You will collaborate with DevOps for efficient CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring. Additionally, you will manage and mentor cross-functional teams (AI/ML engineers, backend/frontend developers) and align AI/ML strategies with business goals through clear stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and lead GenAI-powered solutions from concept to production
  • Design and optimize LLMs including fine-tuning and deployment
  • Implement advanced agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multi-agent systems
  • Guide the integration of GenAI into scalable backend systems and user-facing applications
  • Collaborate with DevOps for efficient CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (AI/ML engineers, backend/frontend developers)
