Reporting To: Digital Media Executive / Performance Marketing Lead

Location: Hybrid (Remote + In-Office | PKT Hours)

The Role: Google & Meta Ads Assistant

We're on the hunt for a sharp, curious, and analytics-loving Ads Assistant to support our paid media efforts across Google and Meta. This role is perfect for someone with the basics down, hungry to scale, and eager to get hands-on with real campaigns that actually matter.

You'll work closely with performance leads and creatives to build campaigns, optimize ads, and track results like a digital detective.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and manage budget pacing.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and recommend tweaks for better ROI and lower CAC.
  • Compile reports and performance insights using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Research ad trends, spy on competitors, and stay updated with the latest in paid media.
  • Work with the creative team to develop thumb-stopping visuals and conversion-worthy copy.
  • Keep detailed documentation of campaign setups, test results, and key learnings.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with campaign structures, bidding models, and conversion tracking.
  • Solid understanding of audience segmentation, pixel/tag setups, and analytics dashboards.
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualization.
  • Detail-obsessed, curious, and not afraid to speak up when something looks off.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience running eComm or lead-gen campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Semrush, or Zapier.
  • A creative spark for writing ad copy and brainstorming ad angles.
