About the Role

Job Title: Lead - Performance Marketing

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead our marketing team. You will develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Manage global paid budgets, improve campaign performance, and increase ROAS.
  • Manage relationships with affiliates to ensure lead volume and quality.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels like PPC, SEO, display, and social media.
  • Use analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and optimize efforts.
  • Allocate marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to align strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in performance or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Proven results in customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics or Tableau.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
