About the Role

We are seeking a talented Consultant – Performance Analytics to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver recommendations to clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements, contributing to the development of analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value, collaborating with Mastercard teams to understand clients' needs, agenda, and risks, developing working relationships with client analysts/managers, acting as a trusted and reliable partner, conducting internal and client meetings, contributing to project management, and contributing to the firm's intellectual capital.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop your skills in performance analytics, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

To be successful in this role, you should have 4-6 years of overall career experience in Performance Analytics or 2-3 years post MBA/Masters experience in Performance Analytics, an undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics, experience managing clients or internal stakeholders, ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings, proficiency using data analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, SAS), advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and ability to communicate effectively in English.

Additional qualifications include additional data and analytics experience in building, managing, and maintaining database structures, working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or working with Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark, ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence, experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment, ability to identify problems, brainstorm and analyze answers, and implement the best solutions, and relevant industry expertise.
