We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the high-rise building and real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative sales strategies to promote our high-rise building units or spaces, fostering strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to promote high-rise building units, maximizing visibility and market penetration.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and real estate partners, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve set sales targets consistently and prepare detailed performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve 100% of monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90% or above through excellent service delivery and relationship management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
