1. Sales Development:
Monitoring of sales performance in the area, sales development to achieve monthly and annual business plans, developing key accounts and maintaining good business relationships, conducting field visits, proper execution of marketing and sales campaigns, planning customer retention efforts, and ensuring compliance with company policy.

2. Service:
Ensuring better customer service at petroleum sites through monitoring the execution of customer service by site staff, coordinating with site line managers to develop and retain excellent customer service, responding to complaints received through the helpline, meeting customers at the forecourt and in the field for feedback and complaints, and training and developing the site team.

3. New Developments and Expansions:
Visiting areas to develop new customers in agriculture, agencies, industries, small filling stations, and companies. Exploring new sales channels and sites/business points, and monitoring competitor activities for strategic insights.

4. Customer Marketing - Partial:
Planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling promotional and trade marketing initiatives for the company's products. Contributing to brand development through marketing plans and trade activities. Handling customer complaints constructively and resolving issues effectively.

5. Supply Chain - Partial:
Planning with sites for scheduled purchases based on projected requirements and the commercial plan. Ensuring fuel inventory levels are maintained at all sites as per business needs.

6. Fleet Management:
Planning services through route management, scheduling supply van itineraries and fueling plans, maintaining logbooks to control fuel consumption, and managing maintenance logs for supply vans (e.g., oil, filters). Monitoring and controlling costs related to van redistribution.
