Job Summary:
The Affiliate Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing a network of real estate dealers, brokers, and middlemen to drive sales for the company's projects (residential/commercial). The role involves recruiting affiliates, training them on project USPs, and implementing incentive programs to maximize conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Network Development:
- Identify, onboard, and manage real estate dealers, agents, and channel partners across Pakistan.
- Build relationships with property portals, brokers, and DHA-affiliated dealers.
- Conduct roadshows and networking events to expand affiliate reach.
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through the affiliate network.
- Offer competitive commission structures to motivate partners.
- Track conversions from affiliates and optimize performance.
- Train affiliates on project USPs, pricing, and financing options.
- Provide marketing collaterals (brochures, videos, payment plans) to partners.
- Resolve queries from dealers/clients (e.g., ownership transfers, installment plans).
- Monitor industry trends and formulate affiliate strategies.
- Gather feedback from partners to refine sales tactics.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (BBA) or Master's with specialization in Sales/Marketing
- Experience: 5–6 years in real estate direct sales or affiliate sales
- Network: Extensive knowledge and experience dealing with real estate brokers/dealers
- Skills: Negotiation, CRM, and market analysis
