Transpotech is looking for a Senior HR / Headhunter to lead and execute talent acquisition strategies for our rapidly expanding team. This role is office-based and requires an experienced recruiter with a strong background in headhunting, HR operations, and recruitment within the BPO/telecom sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent for key roles in customer support, sales, and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for customer support, sales, and service roles in the BPO/telecom industry.
Utilize multiple job advert platforms to source potential hires.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and finalize selections in collaboration with hiring managers.
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies based on data-driven insights.
Provide continuous support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Recommend improvements to the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (foreign qualifications preferred).
6+ years of experience in HR, headhunting, and talent acquisition, particularly in the BPO industry (telecom experience preferred).
Proven experience in hiring for customer support, service, and sales roles.
Proficiency in recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Familiarity with recruitment software and hiring tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
