Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, Islamabad-based Principal Staff Officer to support the CEO & Founder in a highly trusted, multifaceted capacity. This is not a traditional corporate role — the individual will serve as a close, day-to-day companion and executive aide to the Founder, accompanying him across Pakistan as required. Travel will be frequent and often unscheduled, requiring flexibility, discretion, and complete availability.

The role demands operational precision, excellent organizational judgment, and the ability to manage both high-level official matters and personal tasks. The successful candidate will coordinate the Founder's calendar, oversee engagements with a range of public and private stakeholders, and ensure the seamless execution of all professional and personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Accompany the CEO on all domestic travels and engagements

Act as the primary point of coordination for the CEO's schedule and logistics

Liaise with senior stakeholders and manage confidential communications

Handle sensitive documentation and ensure timely follow-ups

Provide support in both official and personal matters as required

Maintain oversight of ongoing projects and administrative workflows

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field

Demonstrated experience in project coordination, executive assistance, or stakeholder engagement

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to operate with discretion, professionalism, and resilience under pressure

Strong logistical, time management, and multitasking abilities

Experience working with high-level executives, public figures, or in protocol-sensitive environments is a strong advantage

Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to a demanding, fast-paced schedule
