Job Description:
- Audit Associate – A motivated and detail-oriented individual who is ACCA qualified (newly qualified acceptable) with at least 6 months of practical experience and a strong command of Microsoft Excel.Accountant – A skilled professional with strong experience in bookkeeping, UK VAT compliance, and excellent working knowledge of Xero accounting software.
Position 1: Audit Associate (ACCA Qualified) Responsibilities:
Support audit planning, fieldwork, and report preparation
Perform financial data analysis and assist with audit documentation
Prepare working papers and audit schedules
Use Excel to manage and review financial data
Identify discrepancies and ensure audit accuracy
Requirements:
ACCA qualified (recently qualified accepted)
Minimum 6 months of experience in an audit or finance role
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Good attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
Position 2: Accountant (Bookkeeping, UK VAT & Xero) Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
Prepare and file UK VAT returns in line with HMRC requirements
Use Xero to manage day-to-day accounting functions
Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial reports
Assist with month-end and year-end closings
Requirements:
Strong experience in bookkeeping and UK VAT compliance
Proficient in Xero accounting software
Good working knowledge of UK accounting practices
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

Strong understanding of UK accounting standards and VAT rules
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
