Restaurant Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Restaurant Onboarding Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with restaurants and helping them grow their business through our food delivery platform.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to restaurant owners and managers to introduce them to our food delivery platform. They will clearly explain the benefits of partnering with us, including low commission rates, next-day payouts, and marketing support. Additionally, they will overcome objections and negotiate agreements to onboard new merchants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to restaurant owners and managers to introduce them to our food delivery platform
  • Clearly explain the benefits of partnering with us, including low commission rates, next-day payouts, and marketing support
  • Overcome objections and negotiate agreements to onboard new merchants
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or merchant acquisition (preferably in the food delivery or hospitality industry)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and Google Workspace
