Job Description:

We are seeking a Supervisor/Manager for a branch of our fast food cafe.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cafe Branch Supervisor located in Islamabad. The responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling cash counter, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers, and maintaining quality standards in the cafe.

Job Specification:

Qualifications:
- Good communication and team management skills
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- At least Matric or equivalent
