Job Details
Shift Timings:
- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Salary Structure:
- Base Salary: 80%
- KPI-based Performance Bonus: 20%
Available Positions
Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Salary Range:
- Freshers: PKR 30,000 – 35,000
- Experienced: PKR 40,000 – 45,000
Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate (Inter) or Diploma in a related field
- Skills: Strong verbal & written communication, professional attitude, and ability to handle customer queries effectively
- Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus
Team Leader
Salary Range:
- Freshers: PKR 30,000 – 40,000
- Experienced: PKR 50,000 – 80,000
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, digital marketing knowledge, and team management abilities
- Experience: Freshers with digital marketing certifications are encouraged to apply
Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst
Salary Range:
- Freshers: PKR 30,000 – 40,000
- Experienced: PKR 50,000 – 80,000
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, quality monitoring, and feedback coaching
- Experience: Familiarity with call center quality monitoring tools is preferred
Support Staff Positions
Office Boy
Salary: PKR 25,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Serve refreshments
- Handle documents and office supplies
- Assist staff with basic tasks
IT Support
Salary: PKR 70,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
- Maintain computer systems & network connectivity
- Ensure data security and system backups
- Provide IT support and manage helpdesk queries
Admin/HR Assistant
Salary: PKR 50,000 per month
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records & attendance
- Handle administrative tasks & office supplies
- Schedule meetings and coordinate HR activities
- Process payroll & staff benefits
