JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to enhance our presence on Upwork. The ideal candidate will generate leads, acquire new clients, and build lasting relationships on the platform. This role requires a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities to meet and exceed targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Identify potential projects and clients on Upwork.
  2. Submit compelling proposals and bids tailored to client requirements.
  3. Optimize proposal templates and approaches to increase conversion rates.
  4. Build and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing work.
  5. Negotiate terms, pricing, and deliverables with internal teams.
  6. Respond to client inquiries and follow up to close deals.
  7. Research trends, competition, and opportunities on Upwork.
  8. Develop strategies to position Baritechsol's services effectively.
  9. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  10. Monitor and report on proposal success rates and performance metrics.
  11. Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
  12. Provide feedback to marketing and design teams to enhance proposals and branding.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience of more than 2 years as a Sales Executive, particularly on Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
  3. Must have software sales experience.
  4. Experience with freelancing platforms beyond Upwork.
  5. Strong understanding of Upwork, bidding processes, and client communication.
  6. Experience selling well-known IT technologies and services.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Ability to draft professional, client-focused proposals.
  9. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  10. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and other sales software.
  11. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  1. Experience in IT services or software solutions sales.
  2. Familiarity with digital marketing, software development, or technology services.
  3. Ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
