We work with the world's largest Semiconductor Foundries (TSMC, SMIC, Global Foundries etc.) as well as Independent Device Manufacturers such as Intel, Microsoft, Monolithic Power Systems to name just a few.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a forward-thinking and innovative Marketing and Business Development Manager to drive the development, execution, and optimization of marketing strategies. This role focuses on creating a robust pipeline, ensuring seamless collaboration with sales and product teams, and delivering impactful results that align with company objectives.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the sales pipeline, engage with clients to identify their needs, and build meaningful relationships with both customers and sales partners. This role involves a combination of strategic planning, operational execution, and relationship management to drive revenue growth, streamline processes, and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark company offerings and positioning.
  2. Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities, threats, and new areas for growth.
  3. Lead client discovery sessions to understand their needs, pain points, and goals.
  4. Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineering teams in yieldWerx Philippines to ensure alignment on lead handoff and nurturing strategies.
  5. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads.
  6. Use CRM systems to track progress, forecast revenue, and ensure timely follow-up.
  7. Analyze pipeline metrics to identify gaps and take proactive actions to achieve sales targets.
  8. Oversee end-to-end account management, including the preparation and processing of NDAs, proposals, contracts, and legal agreements.
  9. Identify and prioritize key customer segments using data-driven insights.
  10. Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage potential customers.
  11. Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored content and messaging for each segment.
  12. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns for high-value accounts.
  13. Personalize outreach strategies to drive engagement and conversions with key prospects.
  14. Plan and support the Marketing Director in conducting webinars, trade shows, and other virtual or in-person events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  15. Recruit, onboard, and manage external partners and consultants to expand the company's reach.
  16. Conduct regular training sessions to align partners with company objectives, products, and processes.
  17. Establish and maintain performance metrics to ensure partners contribute effectively to business growth.
  18. Leverage co-marketing opportunities to expand brand reach and acquire new leads.
  19. Drive organic traffic through advanced SEO techniques, keyword research, and optimization of existing content.
  20. Develop a robust backlinking strategy to improve domain authority.
  21. Plan and support the Marketing Director in Building customer advocacy initiatives, including testimonials, case studies, and referral programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  1. MBA (preferably with a Marketing, Business Strategy, or Sales concentration).
  2. Engineering background is highly desirable, ideally in Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or Industrial Engineering.
  3. Foreign Engineering degree or foreign MBA will be considered a strong advantage.

Experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, account management, or strategic marketing roles (preferably in a tech/product-driven or semiconductor/electronics industry).
  2. Proven experience in conducting market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation strategies.
  3. Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle sales processes with Marketing Director.
  4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients, partners, and internal teams.
  6. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management and reporting.
  7. Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and event marketing strategies.
  8. Familiarity with SEO strategies, keyword research, content optimization, and backlinking techniques.
  9. Ability to create engaging business content and collaborate with marketing teams on outreach strategies.
  10. Experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing business contracts, NDAs, and legal agreements.
  11. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.

Additional Preferences:

  1. Exposure to international business environments and cross-cultural communication.
  2. Prior experience in SaaS, semiconductor, electronics, or enterprise software domain is a plus.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, result-driven environment with minimal supervision.
