Responsibilities
  • Observe, analyze market and consumer trend insight to drive business growth through improving products, identifying product & marketing opportunities, and improving consumer experiences.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the assigned brands/products, including up-to-date knowledge of the competition and consumer behavior. Interpret market, consumer, media and other sources of data into actionable business decisions.
  • Lead quantitative projects on topics such as segmentation, product test, NPS, etc., and deliver high-quality reports to help business growth. Apply appropriate research design for specific phases within the product development cycle and marketing campaigns.
  • Build part-time teams and maintain good cooperation with local vendors.
  • Work closely with marketing/sales/product teams. Chinese would be a plus.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in renowned consumer research agencies such as Ipsos, Kantar and Nielsen, ideally at manager/director level.
  • Hands-on experience with different quantitative/qualitative methodologies. Experience with desk research, IDI, FDG, market/consumer segmentation, etc. Able to supervise complex quantitative projects and perform analysis independently.
  • Mastery of SPSS is a must. Knowledge of Python / Python Crawler / R is a plus.
  • Knowledge about the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral. Overseas study/working experiences is a plus.
