We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Creative Lead who can craft high-performing ad content specifically for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate will generate fresh ideas, write engaging ad copy, and work closely with designers to produce scroll-stopping creatives that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Brainstorm and develop creative ideas and angles for Meta ad campaigns.

Write compelling copy including hooks, headlines, CTAs, and captions.

Collaborate with designers to bring your ideas to life through visual storytelling.

Analyze top-performing creatives in the market and suggest improvements.

Stay updated on Meta ad trends, formats, and best practices.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Meta ad copywriting or creative strategy.

Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, and ad objectives.

Ability to write sharp, catchy, and conversion-focused copy.

Good coordination and communication skills to work with the creative/design team.

Portfolio or sample of past Meta ad creatives is a strong advantage.
