We are seeking an Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day functions of our growing creative and digital marketing agency. This role ensures smooth team operations, timely delivery of projects, and consistent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee team workflow and assign tasks across editors, designers, and social media staff.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Serve as the main communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor team performance, identify bottlenecks, and streamline processes.
  • Resolve challenges proactively and maintain high client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, project management, or team leadership.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with client management and customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience leading remote teams.
  • Familiarity with creative industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp) is a plus.
