Marketing Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Design Specialist with expertise in SEO and Social Media Optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong On-Page and Off-Page optimization skills, as well as experience as a Graphic Designer/Digital Media Specialist.

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of design principles, color theory, and must possess an eye for consistency and accuracy. This role will include creating, coordinating, and maintaining news editorial, promotional, and branded social creative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SEO and Social Media Optimization:
    • Conduct website audits using manual and tool-based methods.
    • Optimize On-page elements for search engines.
    • Implement Off-page SEO strategies.
    • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, and Google Keyword Planner.
    • Stay up-to-date on the latest updates from Google, Bing, and Social Media platforms.
    • Optimize and integrate different Social Media platforms.
    • Write engaging content for blogs and reference materials.
  • Design and Content Creation:
    • Create graphics-based content for daily newscasts, specials, commercials, social, and promotional spots.
    • Produce animated graphic opens and elements for newscasts, clients, and promotions.
    • Develop and post video and digital content on social media accounts and digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with teams to support ratings growth strategy, increasing traffic and awareness to the website and social platforms.
    • Track performance metrics for the brand.
    • Contribute to special projects such as digital ads, print work, signage, animation, and set design as assigned.
