About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to lead our website marketing efforts and drive organic traffic growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, keyword strategy, and performance analytics. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that improve visibility, rankings, and lead generation through our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to guide content creation and optimization.
  • Optimize website structure, internal linking, meta tags, page speed, and overall site performance.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Collaborate with content writers and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all web content.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry trends.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Work with the marketing team to support broader digital strategies (e.g., PPC, social media, email).
  • Track, analyze, and report ROI and key metrics for all SEO initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in SEO and website marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and schema markup.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Salary bracket: PKR 150,000 – 250,000 (based on experience and expertise)
