We are looking for a proactive and skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC). The ideal candidate will be able to bridge both technical development and functional consulting tasks — from AL customizations and API integrations to configuring business modules and supporting users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop customizations and extensions using AL language (must-have).
• Perform data migration from legacy systems using RapidStart Services or Configuration Packages.
• Configure and provide support across Business Central's core modules including Sales, Purchasing, Warehousing, Inventory, and Finance.
• Develop or support integrations with Stripe, banks, and other payment gateways/APIs.
• Collaborate with consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Understand and map business processes, especially within Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory workflows.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), provide post-go-live support, and ensure overall system performance.
• Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues, support upgrades, and optimize solution performance.
• Deliver end-user training, maintain system documentation, and promote effective system usage.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong command of AL language development and the extension model.
• Practical experience with data migration methods in BC (RapidStart / Config. Packages).
• Familiarity with Stripe and/or bank/payment gateway integrations in Business Central.
• Good understanding of ERP business processes, especially in Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team with consultants and clients
• Plus point: Experience with Power Automate and/or exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
