Job Title

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator with at least 1 year of experience in managing Microsoft cloud services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on skills in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Defender for Business, and Business Premium environments.

The role focuses on user support, endpoint security, identity management, and cloud administration. Our team is looking for someone who can effectively manage user accounts, groups, and licenses in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Additionally, we need someone to administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA, Conditional Access, and SSPR.

  • Manage user accounts, groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including MFA, Conditional Access, and SSPR
  • Enroll, configure, and manage Windows and mobile devices using Microsoft Intune
  • Apply compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app deployments via Intune
  • Monitor and manage endpoint protection using Microsoft Defender for Business
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Implement and maintain security and compliance policies in a Business Premium setup
  • Respond to service requests and incidents related to identity, access, and devices
  • Maintain system documentation and follow change control procedures
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Microsoft 365 administration (mailboxes, licensing, groups, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access management
  • Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and policy management
  • Microsoft Defender for Business for endpoint security
  • Knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, and device compliance
  • Basic troubleshooting and remote support experience
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.) is a plus.
