Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in medical billing, credentialing, and accounts receivable (AR). The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the field and demonstrate exceptional leadership and organizational skills. This position is based in Faisalabad, Pakistan, and requires working the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage the medical billing team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of claims.


• Oversee credentialing processes to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.


• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to optimize cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.


• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.


• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.


• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:


• Minimum five years of experience in medical billing, credentialing, and AR.


• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.


• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in medical billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• HIPAA compliance knowledge is a plus.

Preferred Skills:


• Experience with specific software or systems Kareo AND AdvanceMD


• Certification in medical billing or coding.


• Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures.
