About the role:

Your Impactful Goals will include:

Manage the Sourcing function effectively, covering responsibilities to achieve financial targets, develop and execute category strategies, lead supplier negotiations, and ensure effective contract management of Tower Infrastructure.

Your Typical Day at Work
  1. Deliver Tower Infrastructure Sourcing ambitions, ensuring adherence to company policies within the assigned category.
  2. Support development and execution of Tower Infrastructure Sourcing Strategy aligned with company and TPC category strategies to achieve savings and KPIs.
  3. Engage regularly with users to understand requirements and develop action plans to meet financial objectives.
  4. Maintain professional relations with vendors, stay updated on market trends, and apply insights for Telenor's benefit.
  5. Assess vendor financial worth, propose risk mitigation, and analyze TCO for informed decisions.
  6. Negotiate with vendors to achieve desired outcomes and recommend awards based on TCO.
  7. Manage post-contract activities, execute SRM programs, and resolve disputes.
  8. Contribute to Forecasting (FC) process by verifying contractual and budgetary data.
  9. Report savings using the Sievo tool and coordinate with the Business Planning & Governance teams for updates.
  10. Ensure accurate spend data mapping in Sievo and use analytics to identify sourcing opportunities.
  11. Support efficiency and automation initiatives to reduce sourcing timelines.
  12. Handle post-contract issues resolution collaboratively with stakeholders.
What we are looking for?

Education: Bachelor's Degree, Masters or MBA preferred from a recognized university.

Work Experience: 5 years overall, with prior experience in Network Sourcing; exposure to Tower Infrastructure is preferred.
