Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal, including follow-ups and communication.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Possess a strong understanding of the company's fabric and printing products and services.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and provide technical support to clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring successful sales deals.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales results.

Specific Tasks in Sourcing:

  • Identifying Sourcing Needs:
  • Help clients identify their specific needs for fabric and printing, including the type of fabric, printing methods, and quantities.
  • Supplier Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with fabric and printing suppliers, negotiating pricing and delivery terms.
  • Negotiating Pricing:
  • Work with clients to negotiate the best possible pricing for fabric and printing services, while also maintaining profitability.
  • Order Management:
  • Manage the entire order process, from initial order placement to shipment and delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:Ability to effectively communicate with clients, build relationships, and negotiate deals.
  • Strong Sales and Persuasion Skills:Ability to effectively present products and services, and persuade clients to make a purchase.
  • Product Knowledge:Knowledge of fabric types, printing technologies, and relevant industry trends.
  • Business Acumen:Understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
  • Education:A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., marketing, business, textile science) is often preferred.
  • Experience:Previous experience in sales, particularly in the textile or printing industry, is beneficial.
