About Us:

Citrus Writing is your one-stop solution for creative literary services. We specialize in ghostwriting, book publishing, cover design, and book marketing. Our mission? To help people bring their stories to life and get them published professionally.

What You'll Do:
  • Initiate and manage inbound/outbound sales calls with potential clients.
  • Present our services clearly and confidently to leads.
  • Build strong relationships with authors, entrepreneurs, and businesses.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with lead interactions.
  • Work closely with our creative and project management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and result-driven.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
