UrApp Technologies is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Front Sales Executive to join our team. As a Front Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers/clients at the front-end and provide information about products or services.
  2. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  3. Preparing sales report and forecast.
  4. Actively promote products or services to drive sales.
  5. Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends.
  10. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. At least 2 years of proven experience in international sales preferably in the design industry with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  2. Strong knowledge of freelance platforms.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  5. Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  6. Customer-centric approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  7. Bachelor's degree preferred.
