Job Title: Customer Services Representative / Patient Service Representative (PSR)

HMT, a recruitment agency, is actively seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Patient Service Representative (PSR) on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in aligning with our core values, prioritizing patient and employee satisfaction, and contributing to our mission.

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-site)

Timing: US Central Time (6pm - 3am PST)

Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Scheduling and canceling appointments.
  2. Recalling patients to schedule future appointments.
  3. Responding to patient inquiries via email or live chat and assisting them in connecting with providers.
  4. Completing patient files in the EMR system and uploading necessary documents before appointments.
  5. Communicating with team members to forward requests and resolve patient concerns across departments.
  6. Serving as the first point of contact with patients, requiring excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in US/UK-based healthcare call centers (preferred).
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
  • Full-time employment.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory).
