Responsibilities:- We require an individual who can effectively contact patients via telephone prior to their scheduled appointment, providing essential information and support.
- This involves interviewing patients over the phone to gather accurate and complete information, ensuring seamless registration and scheduling processes.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for entering all patient data into our electronic medical record system.
- Additionally, they will need to re-schedule appointments as required, communicating with patients through telephone calls and written notifications.
- A key aspect of this role is efficiently screening and routing patient calls to other departments, guaranteeing accurate registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up scheduling within our database.
- Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mentality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
To excel in this position, you must display a strong 'customer first' approach, coupled with exceptional English language proficiency (listening and speaking). Self-motivation and self-management are also essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
