IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Play a vital role in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server infrastructure across the organization. The role ensures system stability, performance, and security by implementing best practices in patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders across HR, IT, Sales, and Commercial teams, as well as Microsoft support, to ensure smooth operations of Windows-based platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and configure Windows Server operating systems across multiple platforms.
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy settings.
  • Perform regular patch management and updates to ensure compliance and system security.
  • Monitor system performance, optimize server uptime, and manage alerts using monitoring tools.
  • Troubleshoot incidents, respond to service requests, and reduce downtime by root-cause analysis.
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Manage backup and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Platform & Infrastructure Services team to integrate cloud solutions and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, changes, and recovery procedures.
  • Support compliance and security audits by ensuring system hardening and best practices are in place.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Windows Server Administration, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell.
  • Experience managing internal & external stakeholders.
