Mukati Tech is Hiring: Online Bidder / Business Development Executive

Location: Office-Based — The Paradise Mall, Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi

Salary: Competitive + High Commission on Each Project

Mukati Tech, a fast-growing digital solutions company, is looking for a motivated and talented Online Bidder / Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about freelancing platforms and knows how to win projects


• Hunt and bid on projects via platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and Guru.


• Analyze client requirements and draft personalized, winning proposals.


• Communicate effectively with clients to close deals.


• Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and timelines.


• Follow up with potential leads and maintain long-term client relationships.


• Proven experience as an Online Bidder or Business Developer.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).


• Understanding of IT services and ability to discuss project scopes.


• Familiarity with freelancing platforms and bidding strategies.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and punctual.
