Job Responsibilities:

  1. Management of Network and Hardware troubleshooting of assigned location.
  2. Understand the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, outlook etc.
  3. Understands the issues involved in troubleshooting and maintaining corporate WAN and LAN.
  4. Assists in supporting corporate applications, internal corporate servers, user desktops, printers, scanners etc.
  5. Assists with basic troubleshooting, backup, and archiving.
  6. Helps install and improve computer software and network equipment.
  7. Helps answer all trouble calls/emails and enter work orders into our tracking software.
  8. Interacts with internal clients to resolve basic help desk issues; communicates with internal clients in a professional manner maintaining confidentiality.
  9. Provides responses to internal clients in a timely manner.
  10. Preparing Network deployment for any University's function anywhere.
  11. Update Anti-Virus Definitions.
  12. Assist the Network Administrator or Manager in deploying the new servers.
  13. Rebuild or reorganize the crash services or servers.

Job Requirements:

  1. B.Sc. (Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.) from HEC recognized institute/university with more than 1 year of relevant experience.
  2. Management of network and hardware troubleshooting at the assigned location.
  3. Assists in supporting corporate applications, internal corporate servers, user desktops, printers, scanners, etc.
  4. Helps install and improve computer software and network equipment.
  5. Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional, and engaging.
