Bin Tehmas is an upcoming landmark high-rise, multi-purpose building by Askari Associates, designed to bring premium commercial and residential experiences to DHA Multan. As we prepare to launch this flagship development, we are looking for a results-driven and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our sales & marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

·Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies for Bin Tehmas

·Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales

·Build strong relationships with clients and investors

·Conduct site visits, project presentations, and client meetings

·Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the project features, pricing, and market trends

·Coordinate with marketing team for campaign support

·Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business preferred)

·2–3 years of real estate sales experience (high-rise or commercial projects preferred)

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·Strong client-handling and closing skills

·Self-motivated and target-oriented

·Familiarity with DHA Multan real estate market will be an added advantage
