About Our Client:

The client is a leading software development company specializing in B2B and B2C solutions, custom software development, and software exports, serving both local and international markets.

Primary Duties:

  • Technical support for sales: Assist sales teams by addressing technical questions, providing product insights, and delivering technical presentations to clients.
  • Product demos & presentations: Conduct engaging demos tailored to client needs, showcasing key features and benefits.
  • Client requirements management: Understand client technical needs and ensure solutions meet their requirements.
  • Solution design & customization: Help customize solutions to fit client environments, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
  • Documentation & proposals: Prepare technical proposals, RFP responses, and other documentation.
  • Internal collaboration: Work with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and ensure solutions meet expectations.

Secondary Duties:

  • Training & knowledge sharing: Provide technical support and training to the sales team to enhance product knowledge.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: In pre-sales, technical sales, or software consultancy.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development, APIs, and implementation processes.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (Morning Shift)
