Job Title: Regional Sales Director

Job Description:

The Regional Sales Director will oversee the sales operations in a designated geographic area. This role requires a leader who can formulate and implement strategies to improve market coverage of company products.

This includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers, ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any issues promptly.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of MS Office and basic accounting concepts. Strong communication and presentation skills in English are essential.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in the FMCG sector is required, with prior experience in all relevant markets. Experience in the Insecticide Industry is highly valued.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to enhance market penetration.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  3. Maintain effective relationships with distributors, ensuring they meet their sales obligations and provide necessary training and resources.
