We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial/Receivable Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment from customers. The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Review forecasted sales on CRM, discuss projected PNL with sales staff, and prepare cash flow forecasts.
  2. Maintain and monitor contract/project-specific PNLs.
  3. Lead and improve budgeting and forecasting processes, including setting and reviewing targets.
  4. Prepare forecasted cash inflows and sales for the year after discussions with sales and accounts teams.
  5. Monitor performance against forecasts and pipeline.
  6. Assist in overall company planning and budgeting.
  7. Manage compensation and incentives for BDMs (if applicable).
  8. Review customer contracts and POs, and prepare agreement extracts.
  9. Assist sales team with proposals, including costing and tax implications.
  10. Identify costs associated with contracts/customers.
  11. Procure for projects as needed.
  12. Raise invoices timely via Odoo/QuickBooks, ensuring sequential numbering.
  13. Record receipts and follow-up on collections.
  14. Develop and improve accounting and control processes for timely reporting.
  15. Maintain procedures for invoicing and costing between Pakistan and UAE entities.
Requirements
  • CMA/CA or ACCA finalist, or a Master's in Finance from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of taxation is an added advantage.
