About the Role:

As a Finance Executive, you will play a key role in supporting strategic financial planning, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and industry regulations. You'll work closely with the leadership team to deliver insights that drive profitability and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and reports
  2. Monitor cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and financial trends
  3. Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and standards
  4. Work with department heads on cost management and forecasting
  5. Coordinate with external auditors and support internal audits
  6. Implement financial policies and streamline reporting processes

What We're Looking For:

  1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/CPA is a plus)
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  5. Hospitality industry experience is a strong advantage
