We're looking for a sharp, people-centric HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist ready to build the hiring engine behind our fast-growing AI software agency. Role Description

You'll own the full employee journey—from the first LinkedIn message to thriving long-term careers at Tech Emulsion. You'll write compelling job ads, run structured interviews, design performance frameworks, keep us compliant with labor laws, and launch people-analytics dashboards that turn data into action. Expect to partner closely with engineering, sales, and leadership to ensure our team scales efficiently and stays deeply engaged.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end hiring – Craft job ads, source candidates, run interviews, coordinate offers, and design a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Talent acquisition – Source, screen, interview, and close engineers, designers, and business staff across Pakistan and remote markets.
  • HR administration – Manage employee records, leave tracking, and Excel updates in full compliance with Pakistani labor laws.
  • Process design – Draft HR policies, compensation bands, and career ladders that support rapid growth.
  • Productivity & staffing oversight – Monitor attendance, timesheets, and project staffing so people stay on the right tasks and delivery timelines stay on track.
  • Policy & SOP development – Draft, roll out, and continuously improve HR policies and SOPs aligned with international best practices.
  • Employer branding – Drive our presence on LinkedIn, Upwork, and university job boards; organize meetups and internship programs.
  • University relations – Build relationships with universities and sign MoUs to secure a steady pipeline of emerging talent.
  • Compliance & payroll inputs – Stay current on Pakistani labor law, benefits, and tax regulations; liaise with finance for accurate payroll.
  • People analytics – Track KPIs like time-to-hire, retention, and billable utilization; present insights and action plans.
  • Culture & engagement – Run surveys, plan team-building events, and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • HR tech stack – Evaluate and implement ATS, HRIS, and automation tools (we love n8n and Zapier).
  • Mentorship – Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and help junior HR coordinators level up.

Qualifications

  • Education – Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience – 1–2 years in HR or talent acquisition for a tech or services company, with hands-on engineering recruitment.
  • Skills – Strong sourcing chops, excellent written and verbal English, working knowledge of Pakistani labor law, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Nice-to-haves – Exposure to Upwork agency workflows, OKR frameworks, HRIS roll-outs, or AI-powered sourcing tools.

University Road, Peshawar (onsite).

Job Type

Full-time onsite.

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
