IT Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivated talent acquisition specialist to join our team in Karachi. As an IT recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to help us achieve our strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and techniques.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the IT Sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.
