Job Specifications:

Experience: 1 Year - 2 Years

Timing: 6PM - 2AM

Location: On-site, Phase 8, DHA, Lahore

What you'll be working on:

  • Handling the end to end process of vendor invoice posting.
  • Handling all vendor communications, ensuring resolution of any vendor concerns in a timely manner
  • Preparation of ad hoc expense reports and reporting to senior management
  • Preparation and posting of all customer invoices
  • Tracking receipt of all customer invoices, managing the AR aging of all customers
  • Close coordination with the customers to address and resolve any discrepancies / disputes
  • Preparation of ad hoc income reports and reporting to senior management

What are we looking for?

  • BBA/MBA/ACCA/ICMA
  • Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills
