Responsibilities:

  • Answering questions and providing assistance to potential and current customers
  • Scheduling routing as per clients' requirements/complaints on a daily basis
  • Coordinating and properly answering clients via e-mail regarding complaints
  • Responsible for maintaining Daily Reports of Sales and Performance
  • Executing customer support calls which will result in maximizing sale-in percentages
  • Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered products with all customers
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual customer support team goals
  • Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Using knowledge base and training material to resolve customer concerns
  • Cold calling to corporate clients
  • Following up on leads
  • Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude
  • Must be committed to the work
  • Must have the ability to manage workload effectively
