Responsibilities:
- Answering questions and providing assistance to potential and current customers
- Scheduling routing as per clients' requirements/complaints on a daily basis
- Coordinating and properly answering clients via e-mail regarding complaints
- Responsible for maintaining Daily Reports of Sales and Performance
- Executing customer support calls which will result in maximizing sale-in percentages
- Up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered products with all customers
- Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual customer support team goals
- Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills
- Using knowledge base and training material to resolve customer concerns
- Cold calling to corporate clients
- Following up on leads
- Working in a professional environment with a professional attitude
- Must be committed to the work
- Must have the ability to manage workload effectively
- Leadership skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Capability to understand and follow the procedures and advice of customers accordingly
