GrowthRise Solutions is seeking enthusiastic E-commerce Client Engagement Coordinators to join our dynamic team in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to grow in the e-commerce industry while making a meaningful impact on customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
- Assist in processing returns and managing order fulfillment efficiently.
- Maintain accurate tracking records for seamless order management.
Live Customer Interactions
Engage in live chat support to address customer queries and provide solutions.
Handle account-related concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Technical & Administrative Proficiency
Utilize computer systems for data entry and managing customer interactions.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, to optimize workflow.
Communication & Language Skills
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English for clear customer interactions.
Resolve customer concerns effectively through professional and courteous communication.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to our office in Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- E-commerce Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce or familiarity with eBay operations is a plus.
- Technical Requirement: Must bring a personal laptop to the office daily.
