We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle , overseeing performance improvement and appraisal processes , and ensuring a positive work environment through effective employee engagement , grievance management , and separation processes . This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can align HR initiatives with business goals.
1. Employee Onboarding:
- Coordinate and facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, orientation programs, and induction sessions.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure new hires receive all necessary tools, training schedules, and access to systems.
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness and collect feedback to enhance the employee experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance during onboarding procedures.
2. Performance Management
- Support the implementation and monitoring of performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Work with managers to set KPIs and track employee performance.
- Provide guidance on performance-related issues and improvement strategies.
- Coordinate and manage the annual/bi-annual appraisal cycle.
- Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and calibrations.
- Facilitate feedback sessions and identify areas for employee development.
4. Employee Grievance Handling
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
- Conduct fair and confidential investigations, and provide resolutions in line with company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
5. Training & Development:
- Identify training needs by conducting needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and employees.
- Design, plan, and coordinate training programs (in-house, online, or external) aimed at improving employee performance, productivity, and engagement.
- Manage training schedules, resources, and logistics, including vendor coordination when required.
- Track training attendance and effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
- Maintain and regularly update employee training records and development plans.
6. Employee Separation
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clearance protocols and final settlements.
- Analyze turnover trends and suggest retention strategies.
- 4–5 years of proven experience in HR generalist or executive-level roles.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Work hours: 6 pm – 3 am PKT (Night shift)
• Gross Salary (USD): $700 - $800
