Liquid Technologies (LiqTeq) is an end-to-end Design and Development Agency. LiqTeq offers various services in DevOps, Data services and AI to multiple businesses and organizations and those that are in the startup phase. We're a team of creators, thinkers, explorers and judo trainees. We are looking to add a Sales Lead to our Karachi Office team.
Responsibilities- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Create a sales funnel, plan and playbook.
- Train a team to run a playbook with 1000 prospects each month.
- Achieve a target of 3m USD/ a year using zoominfo intent and sales OS platforms
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Review and Manage sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients in the Analytics and Services space locally and globally.
- Create partnerships with Global consulting and Technology firms for development and data work
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Set and Meet Sales targets for the quarter
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Has Experience with Digital Sales, through Linkedin, sales tools, and reference clients
- Can intro for Data Positions in Financial Institutions across the Region
- Develop junior sales team members into valuable salespeople
- 5 years plus experience in managing sales teams and delivering targets
- BBA/MBA in marketing, sales, or a relevant field
- Proven working experience as a Sales manager, sales executive, or a relevant role in a software development agency
- Proficiency in English
- Technology market knowledge
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
