Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and well-connected Corporate Expansion and Partnerships professional to drive growth through corporate partnerships and direct sales. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with major corporations in Pakistan, a proven track record in partnership development, corporate sales, and key account management.

The role will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new corporate clients, managing and expanding existing accounts, and generating sales aligned with company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, reach out to, and build relationships with decision-makers at large corporations across Pakistan
  • Onboard new corporate clients through customized proposals, presentations, and negotiation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue, brand visibility, and market expansion.
  • Act as the main point of contact for major corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets from corporate clients.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on outreach, pipeline development, sales performance, and account status for leadership review.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in corporate sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably with exposure to major corporations in Pakistan.
  • Network: Strong existing relationships with key decision-makers in large corporates (e.g., HR Heads, Procurement Leads, Admin Heads, C-level).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
