About the opportunity
- Acquire new clients with healthy commercials in their respective zones.
- Function as the main contact person for city-wide client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with all accounts in the portfolio.
- Analyze and identify upcoming needs and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Responsible for month-over-month growth of all assigned accounts.
- Communicate the progress of weekly, monthly, and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on commercial metrics, operational metrics, product mix, marketing campaigns, etc.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., monthly and quarterly sales results, annual forecasts).
- Design exclusive marketing campaigns, partnerships, and co-branding activities.
- Support cross-functional teams in executing strategies by facilitating communication, resolving urgent issues, and deploying processes and tools.
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as they arise.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Good understanding of the retail landscape of Pakistan.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the role.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Process-oriented and data-driven approach.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents.
- Solid knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector.
- Driven, ambitious, proactive, and capable of leading independent projects.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and build process flows.
- Detail-oriented with careful attention to all process steps.
